The last one I owned, 6 years ago, had $150,000 in inventory, $35,000 in fixtures. You pay usually 1 years lease in advance. Workman&#039;s compensation gets a huge deposit up front along with all your commercial utility deposits. I assume for a nice, medium large store like I had,....ummm,....You could begin at about $225,000. Just be sure you have 8 months living expenses for yourself plus the same amount for the store in case of an unforeseen emergency.</description>
