I just wanted to know how much pet insurance cost for a Guinea Pig because I am getting one and I might need Guinea Pig pet insurance which one do you prefer.
honestly they are not at very much health risk.
so you wont really need it.
i have not heard of any for guinea pigs only dogs and cats.
yeah like the other person said it is a waste.
we had it for our dogs and they put everything under the catigory of either something wrong with the breed or heretitory. and they would not pay for it.
it is a waste.
we had it and they did not pay for one thing we had a pom pom with bad knees and had to get pins put in and a poodle with a sist thing and a dog with bad teeth they just said it was heretory and wouldnt pay for anything.so dont get it.
When I first got my dog I looked into pet insurance, and found it to be a waste of money. For the most part, they only cover to a certain age, and not all medical conditions. They probably only really pay off if your pet gets a serious illness early in life.
If you are looking at insurance for your pet, please make sure you read the fine print. Be sure you know what you deductible is, what is covered by the insurance, how much you need to pay into it before they will cover medical. Know your premiums, and compare the money you will spend yearly to the odds of needing insurance.
