    if you have the Pets expansion, you can have a Pet shop. Basically anything that you can sell, you can have a shop for: toys, flowers, robots, a bakery, a restaurant, a beauty salon. You can also run a shop (but not a restaurant) out of your home. There is also a ticket machine, so you can charge sims just for being on your business lot. This way you could have an arcade, or any other kind of fun lot.
    There were no new careers added. You cannot have a center to adopt babies.
