Have you considered giving them away to a loving family in the UK? Shipping is a high stress ordeal for the dogs. If you love them dearly, you might consider finding them a home where they can be taken care of in the land they already know.

I am in Canada so I can;t really help, but I would be looking for the safest way for the little ones to travel rather than the cheapest. It’s a very long way for them to travel. I know you don;t have much money, but it’s money wasted sending them if the little ones don;t arrive alive and healthy.
