   You will find it quite hard to find a ferret in a pet shop as most don’t sell them. I got mine from a ferret rescue shelter – I live in old trafford, Manchester and we got our gorgeous boy Freddie from a rescue shelter in Irlam called C&D Ferret sanctuary. He cost £30, he was neutered and had his vaccinations. Please don’t look for one in a pet shop, there are lots of animal rescue centers that have ferrets waiting for someone to give them a new home.
