   I would pour baking soda on the floor and sweep it into all of the cracks, let it sit for a few hours and then sweep, vaccum and mop the floors. Baking soda will take the smell out of almost anything :-)

   Sometimes it’ll actually seep under the floor and it’ll be nearly impossible to get rid of without taking up the floors and the base layer underneath them. I had an apartment where the carpet and wood underneath all had to be replaced because the urine seeped so far down.

   Try using a spray with an enzyme in it. They sell a lot of them at pet stores. If not you may need to replace the floors.

   I have heard by leaving ground coffee in a room, it will **** up any odors.

    Okay you need to take vinegar water and lightly go over your wood floors. Take a good oil (lemon oil by Pledge) that is for floors and coat the floors well with it.
    Buff up the floors and repeat this again with the wood. It could even be in your trim so get that area too. Go to a PetCo and see if they have anything for this if the oil does not work – but it should!

    The only thing that worked for me was to rent a sander and sand down the floors and refinish them. I tried all the commercial cleaners and probably most of the home made concoctions. I tried mixtures that used bleach, vinegar, baking soda, lemon juice, all that stuff. Some seemed to work at first, but after a few days, the odor was back.

    Sanding and refinishing the wood seals it, and that keeps the odor from coming back out.

    Urine-Erase uses a two-step process. First, a dry enzyme powder is mixed fresh with water. This solution is poured onto the surface of the stain and allowed to sit for 8 hours. The second step is to pour the accompanying gentle peroxide solution over the stain. This solution changes the stain and odor into an evaporable gas of water and oxygen. Once the area has air dried, any remaining enzyme on the surface is vacuumed away and the area is clean and odor-free.

    Cleaning mattress, carpets and padding, and furniture which has been saturated with urine
    Floors of all types, including hardwood, concrete or tile, especially large surface areas
    Old set-in stains
    Situations in which you have at least 12 hours to clean the area
